Mental Health-Under Pressure?

I feel that we don’t get much help from external forces these days, when it comes to taking care and building our mental health.

Quite contrary, I feel that there are many challenges we are facing, that potentially can influence how we feel, think and act.

We have to take action ourselves.
We can´t wait for external forces to make us more resilient or happy.

It´s YOU, and ME, that has do to this job 👩‍⚕️ 👵 👨‍🌾 👮‍♂️ 👨‍✈️ 🙎‍♀️ 💑 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

We must take care of ourselves AND each other: it will strengthen everyone’s mental health!

We made this film 3 years ago, but I feel it is still just as relevant.
